Topic Library
In one sentence
A pre-curated collection of planned topics specifying the question to answer, target audience, and angle, ready to be pulled sequentially or as needed during writing.
With a topic library, you never have to scramble for ideas each day, nor will you repeat the same topics. Ideas typically come from frequently asked customer questions, high-volume queries in search engines and AI tools, product selling points, and industry trends.
Topics should be narrowed down to a single person, in a specific scenario, addressing a single question. The more specific it is, the easier it is to produce genuinely useful content.
Example
An air conditioning brand's topic library includes hundreds of topics like 'What AC capacity is needed for a small bedroom?' and 'How much electricity does running an AC at 26°C cost overnight?'
