1. Who we are

This website is operated by 杭州星盒人工智能科技有限公司 (Starbox AI), Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. For any privacy request, email partner@starbox.work.

2. What we collect

  • Information you submit in forms and in the chat window: name, company, work email, website, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), and your description of your industry and needs.
  • Your conversations with Xiaohe, the website's AI advisor. If you leave contact details, they are stored together with the conversation in Starbox's customer records and are visible to the Starbox staff who follow up with you. The conversation is also kept in your own browser for 30 days after your last message; you can remove it at any time with "Clear".
  • Access logs: time of visit, page address, browser type and IP address, used for security and statistics.
  • Analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand daily visits, traffic sources and page views. It stores analytics cookies in your browser and does not collect what you type in forms or the chat window. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings.

3. How we use it

  • To contact you, answer your enquiry and prepare proposals or check reports.
  • To improve the website and the quality of the AI advisor's answers.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

Our legal basis is your consent when you submit a form or start a conversation, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

4. AI-generated answers

Xiaohe's answers are generated by a large language model and are for reference only. A proposal confirmed by our team is what counts.

5. Where data is stored and how it is protected

Data is stored on Starbox servers located in Singapore and protected with access controls and encryption. Conversations are processed by our AI model providers to generate answers.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and conversation records for as long as needed to follow up with you and for our business records, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing partner@starbox.work. If you are in the EU, UK or another region with data protection law, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
