E-E-A-T
In one sentence
Google's four dimensions for evaluating content quality—Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness (E-E-A-T)—are also widely used to judge whether content is worth citing by AI.
Experience means the author has firsthand involvement; expertise means content is accurate and in-depth; authoritativeness means the author or site is recognized in the field; trustworthiness means the information is genuine and sources are clear.
In practice, this means clearly naming authors, detailing specific methods and real case studies, citing data sources, and keeping content up to date.
Example
A "Dehumidifier Buying Guide" bylined by an experienced engineer with cited test data is far more likely to be cited than generic, anonymous advice.
