The Three Pillars of AI Adoption

AI 三板斧AI Glossary

In one sentence

Starbox's framework for putting AI to work: AI Agents do the work, SKILLs standardize how each task is handled, and Knowledge Bases store your company's data and institutional experience.

All three are essential. With only an AI agent, it can work, but its execution varies every time. With only SKILLs and no reference data, it can only produce generic output. With only a knowledge base and no AI agent, the information sits idle until someone looks it up.

When rolling out AI across your organization, use these three checkpoints: which tasks to assign to AI agents, whether each workflow is codified into a SKILL, and whether the reference materials AI needs are organized into your knowledge base.

Example

For writing product overviews: the AI agent handles execution, the SKILL defines the structure and length, and the knowledge base supplies product specifications and customer FAQs.
