Starbox AI Website · an AI website that does the work
Launch day is when
your website starts working
Connected to your company knowledge base, the website chats with visitors, writes articles, promotes itself and sends leads straight to sales. A traditional website is finished the day it launches; a Starbox AI Website starts working that day.
Website AI advisorOnlineHi, I'm the website's AI advisor. You're on the home page. Ask me anything about this page or our products.
We're a custom furniture factory. We want more customers to find us online. How can you help?
Furniture buyers usually search online and ask AI before contacting a factory. There are two ways to go: to appear in AI answers, use Starbox GEO; to reach buyers on Xiaohongshu, WeChat and short video, use the New Media Content Factory. Are your customers mainly in China or overseas?

Why we built it
Most company websites
stop changing after launch.
Content isn't updated, visitors can't reach anyone, search engines index slowly, and inquiries sit unanswered in an inbox. The website isn't broken; nobody is doing the work every day. The Starbox AI Website hands that work to agents that do it daily.
| Traditional website · finished at launch | Starbox AI Website · starts working at launch | |
|---|---|---|
| Content | Rarely updated after launch | Two automatic writing runs a day: topic, article, cover image, publish |
| Visitor questions | A contact form, waiting for a reply | The AI advisor answers instantly from your knowledge base; price, contracts and result promises go to a person |
| Language | One language, or machine translation | Follows the visitor's language: Chinese in, Chinese out; English in, English out |
| Getting found | Wait for search engines | New pages are submitted for indexing automatically, listed on directories, with outreach emails |
| Read by AI | Pages made only for people | Structured pages and llms.txt so AI search can read and cite you; visits from AI are counted separately |
| Leads | Land in an inbox and often go unanswered | Detected, filed and assigned to sales automatically; unattended leads are flagged |
| Message updates | Changing one sentence means editing pages | Once the knowledge base changes, the website's answers follow within 15 minutes |
Three things
Knows the business, does the marketing, runs itself every day.
First, it knows your business
Products, selling points, cases, FAQs, approved wording and competitor comparisons are stored in a structured knowledge base. Everything the AI advisor says and the writing agent writes comes from it; price, contracts and result promises always go to a person.
Then, it knows how to market
The DDABC customer journey tells it where each visitor is and where to guide them next; real customer questions become a five-layer GEO question library that drives the knowledge center's sections and topics; free diagnostics, lead capture and assignment rules are set before launch.
After launch, it runs itself
The AI advisor greets visitors, the writing agent publishes daily, the SEO / GEO agent submits pages and lists the site on directories, and free diagnostics run automatically. Whatever an agent can't do is written up with the reason and handed to a person.
A living knowledge base
Change one sentence, the website follows.
A new product, a pricing policy change, a new case added.
The knowledge base syncs automatically every 15 minutes.
The AI advisor stops using the old wording.
Knowledge center topics and sources update with it.
Reception
Visitors ask, the website answers, and guides them to the next step.

Products, cases, ways to work together; anything else goes to a person.
Opens with "you're on the home page" and asks when a visitor lingers on a section.
Asks whether the market is China or overseas, then points to a free diagnostic.
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English.
Phone, WeChat, email and more are recognized.
A phone number and a retrieval password bring the conversation back next time.
Four agents
They run on schedule and report every day.
Greets visitors on the right side of the site and in the home-page chat, and saves contact details as leads; the knowledge base refreshes every 15 minutes.
At 07:30 and 16:30 it writes, illustrates and publishes an article for each section, then submits the new URLs. Topics stay related to your business and facts need sources.
Site checks, index submission and tracking, search title and description rewrites, links and outreach, weekly reports. Every change can be rolled back in one click.
Website and China AI visibility diagnostics run automatically; overseas diagnostics and anything over the monthly limit need human approval.
When an agent hits a CAPTCHA, a sign-up, a paid listing or an email it can't answer, it writes down why and hands the task to a person.
Leads
Five steps to your sales team.
Contact details shared in a chat, a submitted form or a diagnostic request all become a lead, assigned to sales by your rules; whether it was followed up is visible at a glance in the back end.

- 04Assign
- 05Follow up
Lead cards, forms, diagnostic requests, contact details mentioned in chat
Marks the visitor's stage and main concern
Anything the same visitor says later goes into the same record
Round-robin by your list; returning customers go to their owner; DingTalk notification
Only a written follow-up counts; unattended leads are flagged

FAQ
Starbox AI Website FAQ
How does the Starbox AI Website relate to the AI website included in Starbox Starbox!?
They share the same core capabilities. The Full and Consultant editions of Starbox Starbox! include a dedicated AI website that shares a knowledge base with the company brain. The Starbox AI website is a standalone product with a knowledge base deployed independently alongside the site. Simply choose whichever fits your needs.
Will the AI advisor provide inaccurate information?
It answers strictly based on the enterprise knowledge base. High-frequency questions use approved standard answers, while inquiries regarding pricing, contracts, or performance guarantees are routed directly to human staff. Every conversation turn is logged and auditable in the backend.
Can you guarantee being recommended or ranked number one in AI search?
We do not guarantee rankings. The Starbox AI website improves visitor handling, content updates, and indexing efficiency, making it easier for search engines and AI to read your business information. Recommendations, indexation volume, and rankings are determined by each platform.
Who oversees the quality of automatically generated articles?
It only writes on topics relevant to your business. All facts must have verified sources, and content passes forbidden-word checks and fact-checking before publishing. Columns, writing styles, and forbidden words can all be customized in the backend.
Who owns the website and data?
They belong to your enterprise. The website is deployed on your own cloud account, and the domain name and ICP filing are registered under your business entity. Cloud resources and model usage fees are paid directly to the providers. If technical service renewals end, your website remains operational as is, while updates, upgrades, and support will cease.
