Why an Advisory Board
In most companies, only a handful of people actually use AI.
Most businesses do not lack AI tools—they lack a clear way to get the whole company using them. Doing that requires tackling three challenges at once:
Buyers now ask AI directly what to purchase. If AI engines cannot find or trust your brand, prospective buyers will never see you.
Foundation models do not understand your products, customers, or brand voice. You must organize proprietary operational know-how and hand it over to AI.
Buying tools does not mean teams will adopt them. Without streamlined processes and hands-on training, AI remains confined to a few early users.
Get discovered and trusted within AI search
Positioning, content architectures, executive IP, GEO visibility, and sales messaging bring qualified buyers to your door.
Deliver and convert once buyers arrive
Proposals, pricing matrices, sales playbooks, senior expertise, and operating workflows decide whether clients convert, stay, and reorder.
Marketing advisors focus on attracting demand, while operations advisors ensure you can close, retain, and expand that demand. Which tools to buy and platforms to adopt is guided by our ecosystem advisor.
Four Specialized Tracks
Whatever the challenge, consult the advisor who specializes in it.
Positioning, content strategies, executive personal brands, ad creative pipelines, and conversion scripts mapped to buyer stages.
Wang Pengyou · Wang YadongBrand mentions, source citations, and recommendations across leading generative search engines globally and domestically.
Wang Yadong · Starbox GEO TeamRFPs, pricing workflows, sales scripts, and legacy expert knowledge structured into AI systems so institutional capabilities stay when staff move.
Bao JizhenEvaluating and orchestrating enterprise suites, platforms, and models to prevent duplicate spend and shelfware.
Tang LinhongThe Engine Behind the Advisors
Advisors provide strategic clarity, and Starbox has the internal teams to execute: GEO makes you discoverable by AI, custom agents boost internal team efficiency, and FDE embeds experts on-site to rework processes. All three lines share one core method: structure proprietary business know-how first, then hand it over to AI execution.
Who It Is For
Three types of enterprisesthat benefit most from an advisory engagement first.
Confident that AI is critical, but seeking objective guidance on where to start and where to deploy capital first.
Subscribed to tools and sent teams to workshops, yet usage remains confined to a handful of isolated individuals.
Preparing to invest in custom agents, private model deployments, or dedicated FDE teams and needing vetted ROI validation beforehand.
Advisory Programs
Two options:quarterly retainer or annual partnership.
Marketing advisors guide how to drive growth, while AI adoption advisors guide how to get teams using AI effectively. Both tracks hold monthly review sessions, quarterly business reviews, and dedicated weekday channels for ongoing questions.

How is AI Advisory priced, and what does it include?
Quarterly advisory: ¥100,000 (3 months). Includes an AI maturity audit and quarterly rollout roadmap, 3 monthly marketing advisory sessions and 3 monthly AI implementation advisory sessions, 1 quarterly review with GEO and website audits, and a dedicated advisory group. Annual advisory: ¥300,000 (12 months). Includes an annual marketing plan and annual AI rollout roadmap, 12 monthly sessions for each stream, 4 quarterly reviews and audits, training for 1–2 internal AI specialists, and a 20% discount on future AI agent development—saving ¥100,000 compared to renewing quarterly four times. What is not included in AI Advisory?
Consultants provide only strategic direction, methodologies, and decision-making recommendations. This does not include AI agent development and deployment, GEO content publishing and operations, ad spend, cloud resources, or other third-party costs, nor does it include on-site implementation. When execution is required, you can separately choose Starbox implementation services or enterprise AI implementation (FDE). Consultants do not promise "guaranteed AI recommendations", search rankings, or specific conversion figures; they only commit to delivering authentic, verifiable process data.
What is the difference between AI Advisory and Enterprise AI Deployment (FDE)?
AI Advisory provides a team of four advisors who give the business leader strategic direction, methodologies, and decision support, while execution is handled by the client's internal team (CNY 100,000 per quarter, CNY 300,000 per year). Enterprise AI Deployment (FDE) embeds an on-site team within the company, starting in one department and expanding AI across the entire organization over 12 months, taking full ownership of deployment outcomes (CNY 2,000,000 annual contract). You can start with advisory to set the direction before deciding whether to move forward with FDE.
